The companies will collaborate by integrating the Quickoffice Scalable Vector Graphics Tiny (SVGT) Platform with Esmertec’s leading Jbed™ Virtual Machine (MVM). Jbed provides original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with a comprehensive and extensive Java solution.

As a primary VAR of Quickoffice’s BitFlash Mobile SVGT Platform and the Java Specification Request (JSR) 226 application programming interface (API), Esmertec can offer its OEM customers a pre-integrated, optimized JSR 226 solution to meet the next-generation Mobile Service Architecture (MSA) standard. The MSA is a standardized set of mobile JSRs to help reduce fragmentation and improve implementation quality of applications created by developers.
